Our first ever conversation deck. Great for any workplace, ready for networking, company parties, and so much more. Tested and designed to get conversation flowing and be useful in all industries and settings.

Deeper Connections

In the upcoming Closer Deck, we are excited to introduce questions specifically designed to deepen existing relationships. These prompts are perfect for teams that have worked together for a while and are ready to dive deeper into their shared experiences and aspirations. This deck aims to solidify connections and create a more profound understanding among team members.

The After Dark Deck

A late-night, post-happy-hour version we call HR Approved: After Dark (yes, seriously) Use once the whole HR Department has gone home. We aim to create an atmosphere of relaxed conversation that can lead to unexpected revelations and strengthen team bonds after hours. We believe that some of the best ideas come when people feel comfortable and unguarded, allowing true personalities to shine through.

The Trades Deck

Icebreakers aren’t just for in-office workers. In this deck we ask questions that people on the jobsite will actually want to answer. Spark conversations (or friendly arguments) with questions like “Which trade is most afraid of rain?” or “What is the best brand of tools?”

We’re a small, experienced team that’s worked with (and cringed through) more icebreaker games than we can count. After using products that felt generic, outdated, or just plain awkward, we knew the bar could be so much higher. So we built something better.

These decks are our answer. With countless hours tested on our actual team, we found this sparked real conversations and we’re closer than ever. Crafted with intention, tested on real teams, and designed to spark laughter, insight, and connection, not eye-rolls or awkward glances.

We’re launching with our main deck for icebreakers and then creating a range of decks for every setting:
